Tnakless Products does not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
 
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
 
The shipping and handling charge is based on a percentage of your total purchase. Continental US orders up to $40.00 are charged $4.00 shipping and handling. Orders with a total between $40.01 and $299.99 are charged 10% of the cost. Orders over $300 are charged 5% of the total for shipping and handling. To figure shipping for orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO Addresses, double the shipping prices for the continental US. For international orders, triple the shipping costs of the continental US. Due to varying shipping costs for shipping oversees, there may be rare occasions in which our 30% shipping fee does not cover actual shipping costs. In this event, we will contact you to authorize additional charges to cover shipping. We can ship freight collect via UPS or Burlington Air Express for a handling fee of 8%. Exact charges are not known until the items are packed and weighed so please contact us to place your order using freight collect shipping.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery Schedule: We usually ship your order 1-2 business days. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. You should receive your order in about 5 business days.

Back Orders: If for some reason we are out of something for a few days, we will ship what we have in stock and send out your back order as soon as it arrives. If we see that something will take longer, we will not bill you for it, notify you of that decision, and let you reorder that item on your next order.

Sales Tax Charges: For orders to be shipped to a Texas address, 8.25 % sales tax is added. All other orders are tax-free and you should click the exempt button to eliminate the sales tax on your order.

Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web server. Your browser will NOT show a secure transaction symbol such as the "closed lock" on Netscape. This is because our software uses JAVA encryption that bypasses the security features built into the browser.

Guarantee: We take pride in our products. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied call us at 817-477-0078 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 90 days of purchase. You will need a copy of your receipt for returns or exchanges. We will credit your charge card, credit your account or send you a refund depending on your original method of payment. (Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable).

Returns after 90 days are not accepted.

No items can be accepted for return or exchange without a copy of your receipt and an RAN number.

Damage Claims: Must be called in by you to delivering carrier, usually UPS, Postal Service or Burlington.

Shortages: Must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt.
